THE PETRO MATAD GROUP
The Petro Matad Group of companies is focused on oil exploration, as well as future development and production in Mongolia. The Group holds the sole operatorship of three Production Sharing Contracts with the Government of Mongolia. Block XX has an area of 10,340km² in the far eastern part of the country. Blocks, IV and V are located in central Mongolia. Block IV covers approximately 29,000km² and Block V approximately 21,150km².
Petrovis, the largest petroleum products importer in Mongolia, is the majority shareholder of Petro Matad.Exploration activities to date have enabled the company to identify a number of prospective frontier and undrilled basins. Interpretation of recently acquired seismic, in combination with seismic acquired in 2010/11, has resulted in the maturation of a number of prospects to a drill ready state - some of which are analogous to the mega producing fields in nearby China. The company plans to drill two frontier exploration wells in 2014.
Wolf Petroleum ( Wolf ) is a public company (ASX:WOF) with focus on oil and gas exploration, development and production in Mongolia.
Wolf’s main objective is to increase its value and build a strong local presence in the growing Mongolian oil industry. Wolf seeks value growth through aggressive exploration, acquisition and growth strategy.

MONGOLIAN OIL SHALE ASSOCIATION
The MOSA or Mongolian Oil Shale Association has been established officially in December 2012 and registered as a non governmental organization in January 2014. Mr. D. Ganbold has been elected as a President of the Association and Mr. Ch. Khashchuluun as a Executive Director of the Association.
The MOSA is planning a number of important policy steps in near future such as improvement of the current legal environment for development and investment of shale oil in the country, exchange of experience with similar organizations in other countries, promotion of establishment of a first test plant in the country.
MOSA is ready to cooperate with all related parties in this field and actively promotes international relations of Mongolia in field of shale oil with all interested parties.
